- Google User Data: When you connect your Google Account (Google Drive integration), Escor AI requests access to relevant Google Drive files (such as supplier invoices, receipts, and operational spreadsheets) solely to index and process supplier data for your restaurant management workspace.
3. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Escor AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Google Workspace user data accessed via Google Drive API is used strictly to provide supplier invoice ingestion and restaurant knowledge graph capabilities.
- We do NOT use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- We do NOT transfer Google user data to third parties unless necessary to provide the platform features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with explicit notice.
- We do NOT use Google Workspace user data to train generalized AI models.
4. How We Use Information
We use your data strictly to deliver, maintain, and improve Escor AI services, process restaurant invoice data, generate food cost and prime cost insights, and support your team operations.

Escor AI employs industry-standard encryption (in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest via AES-256) to safeguard your personal and enterprise data. You may disconnect your Google integration or request complete account deletion at any time via your settings.
