Escor Pro

Two engines. One restaurant.

Prime protects margin — food, labour, payroll, recipes, suppliers. Growth fills seats — CRM, WhatsApp, campaigns, ads. Both read the same numbers, so you don’t buy covers that lose money.

USD 169 per outlet / month. Same tenant if you started on Lite.

01 · Prime Engine

Prime cost and everything that moves it.

Prime cost is food + labour. That’s 55–65% of sales in most kitchens. Prime Engine tracks that number daily, then the work behind it: people, recipes, purchasing, and the till.

Prime cost & margin

The scoreboard. Food %, labour %, P&L — this morning, not the 15th.

  • Prime Cost

Live food + labour vs target, with projected month-end.

  • P&L & GL

Double-entry books. Outlet P&L without waiting on the accountant.

  • Reconciliation Hub

Bank, POS, and supplier ledgers matched — exceptions only.

  • CEO view

One screen for revenue, prime cost, covers, and what’s broken.

People & payroll

Labour is half of prime cost. Roster, attendance, and statutory pay in one place.

  • Attendance & leave

    Clock-in, OT, rest-day logic — not a WhatsApp group.

  • Malaysian payroll

EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB computed from attendance.

  • Performance reviews

    Goals, warnings, PIPs — time-stamped, audit-ready.

  • AI recruitment

Screen and shortlist. Hire the brigade, don’t drown in CVs.

Kitchen & menu

Cost the dish before it prints. Keep the pass consistent across shifts.

  • Menu Lab

Recipe → cost → margin → menu. One source of truth.

  • Recipe SOPs

Photo-step cards per station, versioned at the pass.

  • AI Dish Analyzer

One photo: ingredients, nutrition, plating, margin band.

Supply chain

Stop overpaying. Order, receive, and pay only what actually arrived.

  • Purchase requests

Approvals with QR receiving — not a chat thread.

  • PO & GRN match

Three-way match before anyone releases payment.

  • FIFO inventory

Stock, wastage, yield — COGS that isn’t fiction.

  • Par-level engine

Reorder points from how this outlet actually sells.

  • Price anomalies

AI flags supplier drift before you pay the invoice.

Daily ops

The floor, not the spreadsheet. Receive, count, close the till.

  • Manager dashboard

Five-second read: revenue, bookings, stock, team.

  • EOD entry

Cash, e-wallet, card, SST — one close, one trail.

  • Stock check

Kitchen counts and bar par without a Sunday marathon.

  • Ops workstation

Receiving, invoices, petty cash — phone-first.

02 · Growth Engine

Marketing and CRM, automated — then checked against margin.

Guest profiles, WhatsApp, bookings, and ads in one loop. Takumi Studio walks a CMO workflow so campaigns go out in brand voice. Growth reads Prime: if margin is hot, spend doesn’t scale.

Guest CRM

One guest. One thread. Across POS, WhatsApp, and the door.

  • Guest profiles (CDP)

Unified guest across bookings, spend, and messages.

  • Communication Hub

WhatsApp, Meta, and direct — one inbox per guest.

  • Bookings

Instant or request mode, localised for how you take tables.

  • Host station

Capacity-aware door, with AI WhatsApp replies.

Campaigns

Message the right guests. Don’t get killed by WhatsApp policy on send.

  • Campaign Composer

A/B/C WhatsApp variants with live policy checks.

  • Signal Engine

External trends scored so you time campaigns, not guess.

Takumi Studio

A CMO workflow — brand, audience, copy, ads, report — not a blank canvas.

  • Brand Bot

Voice, codes, signature dishes — one brand brain.

  • Audience avatars

Personas from real guest behaviour, not generic ads.

  • Campaign Generator

Brief → A/B/C copy in brand voice, per avatar.

  • Ads Autopilot

Meta, WhatsApp, direct — pacing and rotation handled.

  • Weekly CMO report

Spend, lift, repeat, attribution — delivered, not assembled.

Growth reads Prime.

Most marketing tools scale whatever is clicking. Escor checks covers against prime cost. If food and labour are already too hot, ads don’t scale a loss. Winners get more budget. Losers get cut.

Questions

Questions operators ask.

What is Escor Pro, in one sentence?

The full restaurant operating system: Prime Engine for cost and margin, Growth Engine for marketing and CRM — on the same tenant as Lite.

What’s the difference between Prime and Growth?

Prime is the cost side — prime cost, payroll, recipes, suppliers, daily ops. Growth is the revenue side — guests, WhatsApp, campaigns, ads. They share one data layer so marketing can’t ignore food and labour.

Do I need both engines?

Most independent restaurants start with Prime (the leak is usually cost). Groups that already have a marketing person add Growth so campaigns don’t sit in a separate tool. You can turn modules on as you need them.

How is this different from Lite?

Lite is the daily chat habit — morning brief, 14-day P&L, suppliers, accountant pack. Pro is the full dashboard: payroll, supply chain, Menu Lab, guest CRM, and Takumi Studio. History carries over. No second signup.

What about Enterprise?

Enterprise is Pro for groups — multi-outlet dashboards, consolidated P&L, brand permissions. Same engines, more outlets.

See Prime and Growth on your outlet.

30 minutes. Your numbers if you have them — or a walkthrough of both engines. USD 169/outlet after that.
